Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship by two services depending on where you are.

USA & Canada:

All USA and Canada orders shipped by registered mail with tracking from the Republic of Ireland

Europe:

We ship out of the Republic of Ireland. Our worldwide fulfillment centre is based in County Wexford. All orders are shipped by An Post with tracking that will be sent to you once we print your label. You can track through the an post website.

*Note some non EU countries such as United Kingdom and Switzerland will not be duty free. 

Rest of the World:

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Please allow between 7-21 days depending on where you are located.

Dates provided by An Post or any other carriers are only projections as we have no control of how long the carrier will take once in possession of the order.

Do you offer other services other than An Post?

Yes, we can ship Federal Express, DHL and UPS.

Pre-Tracking Information

We will no longer offer Pre tracking information on your order. Once the carrier picks up or scans the order, we then will issue the tracking number. The tracking number is issued by the carrier, and we have no control once issued.
It is the Carriers responsibility from this point to deliver your order. We have no say in this matter. You are encouraged to contact your local postal authorises or Courier to find out the status.

Packaging Information

How do we package your order?

The most important part of selling and shipping vinyl Is HOW you package your order. We do not use the cheap “crucifix” style boxes, we do not ship orders in paper bags and hope for the best (seen that as a buyer). So, what do we do?:

1. As a buyer myself your albums needs to arrive Pristine, intact.

2. We use Kraft fold over and self-seal boxes (video poss)?

3. We label EVERY SINGLE shipment with: Do Not Bend, Do not crush, Fragile and Keep away from direct Sunlight labels

From time to time our shipping partners can damage even the best of packaging. Report with three pictures and we will be back to you within one day.

Lost Orders

It is rare, but orders can go missing in shipment. Once orders are given to the carrier or courier it is their responsibility to deliver the goods to you. If an item goes missing, we need you to report that to us within 30 days of your belief that the item is lost.
Under the 30 days, we will not respond as it most likely be delivered late.
Again, we have not input into this matter.

If confirmation from the CARRIER that the item is lost, we will open a claim which can accept to 90 days. Once the carrier’s analysis
is complete, we will contact you with findings. If we receive a credit or refund, we will pass this onto you promptly.

Refunds Policy

What Is Your Refund Policy?

Any returned orders for any reason that come back to our offices will be inspected for Damage or opened if sealed Album. If the address provided by the customer is not deliverable for any reason the order will be subject to a 50% refund only and no shipping refund. We will Not reach out to you to ask why the item
was returned or non-deliverable.

If you cancel your purchase of Products within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of the day we receive the returned Product or, if earlier, within 1 days of you providing evidence of having sent back the Product.

In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of delivering the item to you via standard delivery, if you have taken reasonable care of it.

If audio, video, or software Products provided to you in a separate sealed packet are opened, you may not be entitled to a refund.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.


If you seek to cancel your purchase because you claim that the Product is defective or that there has been damage or error on our part, we will examine
the returned Product and will notify you of your refund or otherwise via email within a reasonable period.


If we must cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will notify you of our need to cancel your order and supply you with a refund as soon as possible.


Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including
a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.


We will always make any refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in
performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Our performance under these Supply Terms is deemed to be suspended for the period that any such event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.

We will use our reasonable endeavors to find a solution by means of which our obligations may be performed despite such event.

General Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted

Our standard form of payment accepted is PayPal.

However, we do accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Goggle Pay, apple Pay, Switch.

What Happens When I Pay With a Credit Card?

By paying using your credit or debit card you confirm that the card is yours and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to cover the charges.

Billing to your credit or debit card will take place prior to or at the time of dispatch in respect of physical products or at the time of your purchase or soon afterwards in respect of digital content
or Services.

Order processing time

We strive to turn around all orders within 7-10 business days, however in these uncertain times, we can encounter unexpected delays to our supply chain. Be patient, we will get your order(s) out to you as quick as possible.

Pre-Orders do not fall under these rules. Pre orders will be fulfilled within 10 days of the release as we bring in many of our pre orders from North American. The release date can move due to record label chain supply issues, and we will do our best to inform you of a longer release date.

Images on our Website

Our images are provided by the record label. From time-to-time colours may be slightly changed without prior notice. The record labels do follow through will colours they state within their release data. We are NOT responsible for changes of variants.

However, if the variant is extreme, example RED instead of white. The returns rule applies and 100% refund will be sent upon safe delivery of the item back to our office.

Orders and Returns

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your purchase of physical products at any time within 14 days for any reason, beginning on the day after you receive the Product(s). In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Product(s) in accordance with our
refunds policy set out in Section 13 below.

For clarity, where your order was for Products of a “hybrid” nature (e.g. a physical product and digital content) and we have begun the process of delivering your digital content order or you have already accessed your digital content, we will process a partial refund proportionate to the relevant physical element of the order in accordance with our cancellation policy as set out in this Section 12.6.

Where you order multiple items that are delivered in separate batches, your 14-day cancellation period does not begin until the day after the last item has been received by you.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

To cancel, you must inform us clearly. We recommend the best way to do this is by emailing  our store support on info@colourvinylrecords.com. Please return the Product to us immediately in the same condition you received it (at your own cost and risk).

You have a legal obligation to take care of the Product while it is in your possession.

If you fail to do so, we may have a claim against you for compensation.

You may, but are not obliged to, use the form of cancellation attached as a Schedule to these Supply Terms to notify us of your cancellation.

Damage Goods

From time-to-time orders can sustain damaged in shipment. We DO NOT ship damaged goods, so please do not claim your items sustained damaged BEFORE shipment. Out stock RQUIRES strong Quality Control
procedures as stock arrives. If damaged when your item arrives, please send 5 photos to us for review. This must include the packaging. The original box must also be included in 5 photos’ images showing our labels and markings.

We will then open a ticket and get back to you within 7 business days.

Back Orders

From time to time and for a multiple of reasons backorders may appear on your order. Our policy is that we ship 80% of
the order will ship with the backorders shipped once new stock arrives. You will not be charged postal or courier fees for backorder shipments. If after 9 days no stock has arrived to replace the backorders, we cancel the items and refund you 100%.

We strive to answer all emails in a timely manner. Our response time is 3 business days or sooner after your email. Sending multiple or repeat emails does not speed up the process.
